Karen was my real estate agent that took care of the short sale on my house. Knowing that I would need to move, I inquired with Karen on rentals in the Doral area. Karen told me she would be happy to help me, and indeed she did. She e-mailed me listings and after jotting down a few properties that I was interested in, Karen picked me up in her personal car and took me, my mother, and my son to show us the apartments I had been interested in. Karen very patiently explained every detail about every property I looked at, asked if I had questions and then gave me space to look around and think it over.

It was the last property that I saw that I fell in love with. After that showing, Karen immediately took me to the office to fill out the necessary paperwork. With several applicants for this particular apartment, I was the lucky one that got it.
